CHASE BANK IS PURPOSELY DELAYING SENDING ME A PAY OFF STATEMENT IN WRITING, TO FORCE THE HOUSE TO GO TO SHERIFF SALE 9 DAYS FROM TODAY. EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW THAT I HAVE A CASH BUYER WHO NEEDS THE AMOUNT IN WRITING TO WRITE UP A CONTRACT. THIS IS BECAUSE THEY WANT MY HOUSE. THE FIRST LOAN 'S BANK OFFICER SAID THAT CHASE ASKED THEM FOR THE PAYOFF AMOUNT. THE FIRST BANK SENT ME THEIR PAYOFF AMOUNT IN WRITING. CHASE IS STOPPING THE SALE BY DELAYING THE TRANSACTION.
