My student loans have been sold more than once. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is a collection agency for American student assistance. They have me owing XXXX. I did not borrow that much money. They have the principal at XXXX did not borrow that much. They have the interest as XXXX. Collection cost XXXX. I do not have a problem paying back what I borrowed but these fees are outrageous. I recently made arrangement to pay XXXX $ a month but I have had some changes in my income. I have tried repeatedly to contact them and never get an answer, just a voice mail I leave my name and number and why I ', calling and if they do call me back they never leave me a message. I received a letter XX/XX/2021 about the matter and said for me to call. I did and got the same no answer. I'm afraid they are going to Garnish my pay and I can't afford that.
