We decided to buy a fridge from XXXX 's and applied for a credit card. Got approved, purchased the fridge and the third party delivering the item did not want to deliver it in the house, for some reason. So, we told them to return it back to the store, which they did and we thought that was the end of our calamities with XXXX. The card was never charged and we never even received it, but soon I got an email that we owe the card company ( Synchrony-Lowes ) {$5.00} for something. We never received the statement so we did not know what the charge is for. A few weeks later we received another email that we now owe them {$12.00} which includes now a late fee and they reported it to the credit agency. Needled to say, our credit score went down. To add, I tried to pay XXXX XXXX bucks, just to avoid the headache, but I could not because we do not have a card and I stayed on the phone for hours. This is a legit scam and we got ripped from Lowes, from Synchrony, and got reported to XXXX. I hope you can do something about this. If you need more info, we will gladly send you the emails, because somebody needs to stip those guys
