Fraudulent checks being cashed against my chase checking account and no ability to get refunded from the Chase Bank. Called ( XXXX ) XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX was put on hold for 1hr 41min with no answer. Called the local branch on XX/XX/XXXX, they told me only option was to call the above number. Called ( XXXX ) XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, received a call back and talk to a representative, they said they needed to put me on a brief hold to verify my account, put me on hold for 20 min then disconnnected me. To date, they have allowed {$8000.00} in fraudulent checks to be cashed against my account despite claiming to provide a zero liability guarantee. Additionally, I went online to enroll in check monitoring to provide additional security go forward as recommended by the branch, and when I tried to setup on XX/XX/XXXX received a message " This part of our website is not currently working, please try again later '' ; tried 3 times, none worked.
