made a reservation thru Chase XXXX travel for a flight on XX/XX/2021. I then changed the date to XX/XX/2021 and was charged and was charged another XXXX on XX/XX/2021. The flight was going to be a transfer to XXXX. I called a few days later and found out that it was not going to be time to get luggage and transfer, and that my name was not correct on the ticket. THEY HAD A WEEK TO CORRECT THIS. THERE WAS NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH AT TAP. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH CHASE XXXX UPWARDS OF 3 HOURS ON NUMEREROUS OCCASIONS. I HAD TO BUY A NEW FLIGHT WITH XXXX XXXX. I am still being charged for both of these tickets, the ones purchased thru TAP. IT IS CRIMINAL AND THEY KNOW IT.
