I used XXXX to make 3 purchase to 2 different people claiming to have items for purchase. The total of all transactions was {$1300.00}. After both people went completely silent after transferring money using XXXX. After trying to get refunded for the purchases XXXX referred me to my bank ( Chase ) to refund it, stating there wasnt anything they could do and it was to be handled by the bank. After calling Chase they stated nothing could be done by them and said " sorry you got scammed but you authorized the purchase so we can't refund it ''. I have made attempts via email, phone and text to get ahold of the sellers to no avail and Chase and XXXX refuse to work with me.
