Hi, This is a complaint against Citi Bank credit cards. On XX/XX/XXXX I placed an order on XXXXcom for a device in the amount of {$220.00}. At the end of XXXX I asked the company for a refund, because the product had not been shipped. The customer service representative agreed to refund, but no refund was ever issued. So I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. They " investigated '' for about two months and a week ago they sent a letter saying that they will not refund me the money. So now, three months after the purchase date, I have no product and no refund. According to Citi Bank there is nothing I can do. I believe Citi Bank is violating the Fair Credit Billing Act. They don't provide consumers any protection against merchants who take their money and don't ship the products. Please let me know if there is anything you can do. I have attached the order invoice, and the letter from Citibank saying they will not reverse the charge. I have also attached the communication I had with the company asking them to cancel order and issue a refund. I have sent them several emails since XXXX, but there was no reply thus far. XXXX XXXX
