Today XX/XX/XXXX I received two letters from citi bank on my credit card. This account has been closed couple months back. These letters dated XX/XX/XXXX state the previous provisional credit is now permanent. Since the account was closed they say they dont show the credit and that I can not request a check. Not sure why citi took so long to resolve and send out these letters. I would just like my money. Two amounts XXXX $ & XXXX XXXX I even confirmed by talking to the agents in customer service then they just couldnt figure why?
