My home loan was sold to Carrington Mortgage Services in XX/XX/2021 from XXXX XXXX. I have not missed any payments or deferred any payments. Carrington has recently started reporting to the credit bureau that my payments are late. I have asked for a copy of my contract with them as I do not recall signing one and for an explanation for the late reporting. My payment history with Carrington does not show any late charges or late payments however it's reporting as late to the bureaus which is causing me issues with refinancing and lowering my credit scores. I have attached my payment history. This is VA loan.
