XX/XX/2021 about {$5000.00} was stolen from me from my bank account with Bank of America claim # XXXX I noticed over 25 unauthorized transactions in different amounts on XX/XX/2021 I contacted the bank and the stated that they will do an investigation I provided documents showing the fraudulent activity I also got a police report done which I sent to Bank of America to this day I never received my money back they only closed out my old card ending in XXXX and gave me a new card ending in XXXX
