Best Buy closed my credit card account due to my credit score/history. I did not authorize the company to pull my credit. Also, I have never been late making payments to this credit card. I in fact I just recently paid it off. A few months ago, I could not keep up with some of my payments due to having COVID and was off work for approximately one month. I am an XXXX XXXX and have been caring for XXXX in XXXX XXXX due to XXXX. Also, I, unfortunately, started a program back in XX/XX/2021 with XXXX XXXX in order to get control of my credit card and student loan debt. They pushed me to not make payments to a number of my accounts which has made my credit score drop significantly. I am now working over 60 hours a week to make all my payments and have not been late since I have quit the program with XXXX XXXX. I really don't see how a company can treat its customers this way, especially during a pandemic. It's a struggle for everyone, and they are making it worse. I have been a loyal customer to Best Buy and as I said earlier NEVER late making payments on my Best Buy credit card.
