On XX/XX/2021, I transferred {$28000.00} from my Bank of America 's checking account to another Bank of America account ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), not knowing it was a scam call until the next day on XX/XX/2021. Bank of America failed to respond and retrieve my money back from the scammers on time despite the fact that I reported it the next day. It took them 4 days to send me a Scam Victim Acknowledgement form, which took place on XX/XX/2021. I signed and faxed it back to them on the same day. Then they responded back 8 days later on XX/XX/XXXX to tell me that they were not able to recover my funds. I filed a police report on XX/XX/XXXX as well and the XXXX is waiting for Bank of America to respond to the summon/subpoena.
