My name is XXXX XXXX. Im a US retired veteran with XXXX discharge. I have a checking account with citibank. my account number is XXXX. Citi has frozen my account and thus, denying access to my funds as a result im facing XXXX as i cant pay rent and other bills. I called several times and they are very rude. Telling to wait for a imaginary letter that never comes. The reps are not Usa based and never really help you. I have children with and i also suffer from XXXX. This is making my situation worse. I researched online and found multiple people with the same problem. They even faced a class action suit in New York for freezing customer accounts with out proper cause. CFBP should look into this problem thats affects many americans.
