74 charges totaling {$4000.00} were marked as fraudulent. and credited to my account in XXXX of this year 2021. Later in XXXX when receiving my new card all 74 charges were then recharged on my account as soon as I used it to take an XXXX trip. After speaking with a representative we found that 73 of the charges were by the merchant name " XXXX XXXX '' and correctly marked fraudulent totaling {$4000.00}. 1 of the charges were from " XXXX XXXX '' on XX/XX/2021 for {$11.00}. and incorrectly marked by the card company as fraudulent as ( I had requested only charges to " XXXX XXXX '' as fraudulent ) my trip with XXXX recharged all of the 73 fraudulent charges as well. I reopened my fraud case with this new information. I have never used XXXX XXXX to make a food delivery : I do have 1 legitimate order on XXXX XXXX from " XXXX XXXX XXXX' for {$65.00} which is not on the list of fraudulent charges as it was not processed under " XXXX XXXX '', but otherwise I have 0 orders from the XXXX XXXX XXXX and have never used it to make a food delivery. on XX/XX/XXXX, a chase fraud representative handling my case named XXXX, called my phone at XXXX XXXX, after 2 minutes of intermittent connectivity the call was lost. I called back 3 times, XXXX, XXXX on the same number ( XXXX ) XXXX and then again at XXXX but this time on the number on the credit card ( XXXX ) XXXX. A representative told me that XXXX was now inactive. but would leave my number to be called back. I never received a call On XX/XX/XXXX I called back and I was informed that XXXX decided that the charges were all legitimate on the XXXX without the communication or information he clearly initially wanted to call and ask from me. I informed the representative that I would make a CFPB complaint.
