Today XX/XX/14, I used XXXX to send a payment of {$170.00} for 2 tickets to a registered XXXX user with an email address of XXXX and a Chase transaction number XXXX. They provided me with that email. That person never replied back with any confirmation. I was scammed. I called Chase and spoke to their claims department who seems to say that they couldn't do anything other than submit a complaint to XXXX. They offered to email me with the request but to no avail I have received nothing. I am looking to track down what banking institution my money was sent to and who this person is. What is frustrating is that the bank absolves itself from this issue ( XXXX ) but yet promotes it as the way to send money. There are no security features to prevent fraud or scams.
