On XX/XX/2021, there was fraudulent activity on my JPM Chase Bank account through XXXX. Since XX/XX/XXXX was a Sunday, I had to call on Monday the XXXX. I reported the XXXX payments to XXXX for {$800.00}, XXXX for {$750.00}, and XXXX for {$450.00} totaling {$2000.00} dollars. On XX/XX/XXXX I was also experiencing suspicious activity through my other accounts ( emails and social media ) I was getting hacked and reported to Chase immediately. After reporting my case, Chase got back to me on XX/XX/XXXX and decided to not fund me back the money. The reason was because the fraudulent activity was happening through my IP address. I explained to Chase that these charges were not from me and that I have no idea who these people were. I also went on asking Chase to report these accounts since they're involved in criminal activity. Chase told me they are dismissing my case and there is not enough evidence to move forward with it. On XX/XX/XXXX I was receiving texts from Chase saying that my phone number on the account was changed and there was an unauthorized user on my account. This was still not enough evidence for Chase to move forward with my case.
