Had a dispute with the XXXX guys merchant was asked by chase to provide documents of proof fax it on XX/XX/XXXX emailed it on XXXX cause chase said they did not get it checked with chase if they received it but chase said no, asked them if I may lose dispute cause they are not getting documents of proof yet they said I had an extension called again on XX/XX/XXXX, they said I had a extension and should call back tomorrow to check if they received it called again on XX/XX/XXXX they asked me emailed XXXX again nad I uploaded it the server ( last time I tried server it did not work on XX/XX/XXXX I got a message from chase saying that they received my doc and they get back to me in 3 days called chase on XX/XX/XXXX and they said that since I have not provided documents therefore I have lost the claim of {$1600.00} it looks like a nice set up by the credit card to make me loose the case
