Representatives from the Bank of America from an alleged XXXX number have been calling me regarding my complaints to the CFPB. It is impermissible for them to be calling me as this matter is now in litigation before the CFPB. The fact is that XXXX XXXX has been fraudulently withdrawing money from my BAC account. I have repeatedly told the BAC but they refuse to reverse the charges that XXXX XXXX has made on my bank account. The BAC is violating the law by not doing so. The BAC has all my financial records with them. There is no need for them to be harassing me with their telephone calls. Just reverse the fraudulent charges, BAC! That is not rocket science, BAC! That is common sense and sound judgment, BAC! But no more telephone calls, BAC! None, BAC!
