On XX/XX/XXXX I booked a plane ticked through Bank of America Travel Center for a multi-segment trip ( departing XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and returning XX/XX/XXXX XXXX ). On XXXX, the Travel Center notified me that my return flight would be on XXXX which would mean missing work and incurring additional hotel expense. I call the phone number on their email to make changes or request refund on XXXX - spoke to an agent for 45 minutes who promised that he would get back to me. He never did. I emailed later that day and never heard back. I called twice today on XX/XX/XXXX and the line was hung up after waiting on hold about 15 minutes on each call. I then went to the Bank of America ( parent ) Credit Card division to dispute the charge and the website indicated that I could not do so. I called XXXX XXXX and they said that I had to go through Bank of America Travel Center. I called Bank of America ( parent ) Credit Card division and they transferred me to the Travel Center. I have now booked a new flight and can not use this ticket. I need a full refund. I have easily invested about 4 hours of effort in trying to get a refund. I will be closing my Bank of America Credit Card.
