On XX/XX/XXXX I made payment of {$1000.00} to previous servicer ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The payment was not transferred initially with the loan to new servicer ( Select Portfolio Servicing ) on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received evidence that payment was received by new servicer in the form of a check. To this date SPS is denying receiving such payment and claims previous servicer did not send it despites the evidence : copy of the XXXX check sent to SPS, the XXXX tracking number and XXXX tracking system showing mail was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I called SPS again regarding this issue. Since the associate was not able to address my request I asked to talk to a supervisor. The associate denied my request advising me I will be contacted once they update my case. As far as I am concerned payment was received and the only update that must happen is SPS applying this {$1000.00} payment to my loan as of XX/XX/XXXX. This is obstructing my right to payoff this loan early since payoff quote can't be generated given that all previous payments have not been applied.
