I filed a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on XX/XX/2021. I gave as much information as i could in the complaint and requested Chase Bank to call me to discuss the details. I couldn't enter over 8 hours of phone calls, almost 20 people, multiple people in " management, supervisor and Executive '' level but no help. So i filed the complaint. As promised the CFPB sent the complaint to JP Morgan Chase Executive dept and they did indeed respond by phone within 5 days. However i was in XXXX on vacation and asked XXXX at XXXX Ext XXXX to call me the following Monday, XX/XX/XXXX to discuss the details. I informed him that it was so messed up and so many problems that i didn't want to ruin my vacation discussing the disregard JP Morgan Chase has for it's customers. I asked that he look into the details and we would discuss them. XX/XX/XXXX came and went and no call. I called and left 3 voice mails over the next 2 days and confirmed he was in the office but he decided not to respond. So he did no uphold our agreement for a resolution. I then got an email from CFPB stating that my original complaint was closed since JP Morgan Chase responded. That response had NOTHING to do with my complaint. Just because they replay to an irrelevant point, that does not close the complaint, but to JPMC it did. So now i'm forced to start all over with yet another complaint in combination with the original that i did NOT receive an adequate response.
