BOFA CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR NOT REASON AND STATED WITH XXXX THAT IT WAS FRAUD!! RELATED TO # 1 AND # 2 : MY SON WAS XXXX AT THE TIME SOMEONE Compromised HIS ACCOUNT : I HAVE NOT HISTORY OF FRAUD!! MUILTI CALLS AS TO WHY MY ACCOUNT-NO DIRECT Answers : MY ACCCOUNT WAS IN GOOD STANDS AT THE TIME THEY CLOSED IT : I RESEARCHED THE MATTER AND FOUND MANY other banks are randomly closings accounts OF MINORITIES AS WELL AS PEOPLE WITH SMALL AMOUNTS DUE : IT'S CURRENTLY A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT BEING FILED FOR DISCRIMINATION for banks closing customers checking/saving accounts withno notice. BOFA reported me to early warning credit as abuse ( with no documentation of FRAUD! I'm currently CAN NOT open a normal bank account due to being XXXX discriminated by XXXX and Bank of America : I will SUBMITTED a separated compliant with XXXX : No verbal nor written reason for the closed account received : however they reported this to early credit warning as FRAUD : this is very misleading and a discriminating process as well as preventing me from opening up a bank account : I HAVE ATTACHED A FEW STATES AND THE EARLY WARNING FILE : BOFA AND XXXX HAS FALSE INFO REPORTED, I HAVE THE FULL DETAILS FOR BOFA AS WELL.
