I am trying to improve my fico score so I can move my family into a better living condition. I have taken steps to call all the creditors on my report that are showing negative on my fico score. Each one stated I would have to dispute the account so they can move forward to delete, remove, or erase it from my report with their response. I have a copy of the creditors that were deleted from my XXXX Credit Report to show the creditors that responded back with the delete, remove, or erase statement. I have called several times to SYNCB/JCPENNEY on XX/XX/2021 and on XXXXJCPENNEY stated they would be happy to put it in their system to delete, remove, or erase it from my report with their response. On XX/XX/2021 I got a copy of the revised updated report from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX with the same old information?
