Hello my name is XXXX XXXX. I have a issue with a hard inquiry on my credit report. I have contacted both XXXX credit agency as well as Bank of America. Neither of them can fix the issue and I have no further options. The issue is that XXXX is showing a hard inquiry on my credit report and they are showing that Bank of America are the ones that pulled my credit report. I have never had any business or accounts with them. I called XXXX to get it removed and they told me I had to go through Bank of America. So I call Bank of America to get to the bottom of this and Bank of America can not pull up anything on me, using every piece of information I could give them. I DO NOT EXIST To Bank of America. I told them I needed them to contact XXXX for me and have inquiry removed from my report. Bank of America would have been happy to do so but told me they were unable to do so because they have nothing to start with to start any kind dispute for me. So I call XXXX back and tell them Bank of America has no information on me to even settle a dispute. I asked them to remove the inquiry from my report and they told me they cant do anything without a document from Bank of America saying that they didnt pull my credit report and that it is a mistake. And Bank of America cant send that document to XXXX because they have absolutely no information on me to generate a report and document. So I am stuck with a phantom inquiry on my credit report that neither XXXX or Bank of America can explain to me. So please I need your help in contacting these companies on my behalf to get them to resolve this issue for me.
