Since XX/XX/XXXX I have been trying to get approval to Short sale my home as I can no longer afford Due to XXXX and XXXX issues and I owe more than its worth due to the several modifications since XXXX. My original XX/XX/XXXX Interest Arm loan from XXXX was the reason for the XXXX Market crash. When I said I need to short sale, I was told I need to be denied a Modification before a Short sale is allowed. Bank of America and XXXX transfer back and worth thruout the years making even more difficult to fix issues. Especially when they transfer 1st loan only. So I now need to deal with 2 different Companies to get approved for Short sale. In the past BOA has delayed things on purpose and they are doing it again. It took them 6 weeks to approve my County Authorization to help me. They gave them the Application of Mortgage Assistance to complete and then a few days later Im notified that BOA is transferring to Shellpoint in 2 weeks and I have to wait till they have it to send the completed Request for Mortgage Assistance. I have witnesses from my County help of all this and the difficulty and ridiculousness of BOA. They are definitely NOT helping Homeowners. Only making it harder to resolve issues to make it right. I have attached proof that I have been trying to get Authorization for my County to speak to BOA since XX/XX/XXXX. BOA said my signature didnt match yet its the same on my ID. Also that I spoke with Mgr XXXX who never called me back
