Consumer Narrative
US Bank, National Association Acct / XXXX XXXX US Bank is foreclosing on my home. After the foreclosure moratorium was lifted, was not given any loss mitigation options and they immediately applied for a sherriff sale date in XX/XX/2021. I was not given any loan modification options. My wife was laid off during the pandemic but now we are both working and we could afford to make the monthly payment if we are able to get a modification with an interest rate reduction. US Bank refuses to speak to me about loss mitigation or a modification.
