There was a {$350.00} transaction paid by my Bank of America credit card through XXXX on XX/XX/21 which went onto dispute. The dispute continued with Bank of America 's process and a full refund of {$350.00} was issued on XX/XX/21. XXXX issued a temporary credit of {$140.00} back to the credit card on XX/XX/21 The problem is that then on XX/XX/21 XXXX reversed the {$140.00} temporary credit from my XXXX account instead of the credit card account. Bank of America made ANOTHER reversal of {$140.00} from the credit card on XX/XX/21. Basically, the {$140.00} credit was issued once and reversed TWICE. Bank of America says it's XXXX 's issue and XXXX says it's Bank of America 's issue. Someone needs to re-issue the {$140.00} credit back to me.
