On XX/XX/21 XXXX XXXX XXXX was authorized to repair a light fixture in my pool for XXXX dollars. 0n XXXX was told due to complications it would cost me XXXX to do the repair which I also authorized. On XX/XX/21, the repair was not done and I was charged XXXX. I disputed the transaction since I had not authorized XXXX nor the repair was not done. Citibank informed me that even-though I had not authorized the the XXXX amount nor the work that I was being charged for was not done I was responsible for the charges. I have provided documentation showing the work was not completed and I had to pay another company to deal with the damages caused from XXXX 's XXXX XXXX to no avail. I need your help. I believe Citibank 's decision on this matter is wrong based on the facts and logic and documentation provided. I should not be responsible for an unauthorized charge for a service not completed.
