I have been told by over 3 representatives I would get my money back over the last year from Amazon ( the store ) but the Chase Amazon credit card dispute process will not give my money back because they stated after the 90 day return period closed and Amazon ( the store ) specifically told me I did not need to return any products that I would not be given my money back by Chase because I had to make a return and they ( Chase ) continued to charge interest while refusing to provide the refund. I am attaching all of the conversations that I have already sent to Chase where I was told I was being given a credit for the purchase by Amazon while Chase continues to refuse to comply with the Amazon credit from the company via these customer conversations.
