On XX/XX/14 at XXXX, {$250.00} was debited from my Netspend prepaid card from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . The authorized payment was approved with auth code XXXX. At XXXX, per my Netspend account details I was changed an {$250.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The payment was debited with auth code XXXX. That same day, I contacted both Netspend and XXXX XXXX in hopes of resolving the duplicate payment error. However, I was advised by XXXX XXXX they are only reporting one payment received from me. Even after providing the authorization codes and dates, I still havent received my {$250.00} back. I filed a debit card dispute with Netspend and I feel they did not do a thorough investigation per Regulation E. I also feel that both Netspend and XXXX XXXX are violating UDAAP regulations as it pertains to the lack of services received.
