On XX/XX/21 We turned in our old leased vehicle XXXX XXXX in XXXX PA. We decided to take out a new lease on a new vehicle that day at this dealership. When we went in to sign the loan papers we stated that they had the names in the wrong place. My husband was to be the Lessee & I the Co-lessee. They said no this was the correct way. I as the Lessee & he as the co-lessee. So everything went through. We left with the new vehicle. 1 week later I received a call from GM Finance They stated that they still had us listed on the old vehicle and that the payment was due for that car. I told them we turned it in. They said I had to call the dealer and tell them to do a close end on the old vehicle. That they had no record of a new lease. So I did just that. I talked to an appraiser there who said he would get the sales mgr. involved. I talked to the sales mgr who said he would take care of it and call me mon. with my new account number. No call. To make a long story short I have been on the phone with GM Financial XXXX & XXXX for 3 weeks trying to get this solved. The only thing that happened was we got NEW loan papers that had been corrected with names and totals to sign. This involved GM Financial running a new credit report on XX/XX/21 for the new loan papers. that XXXX submitted to them. This affected our credit score. Also we are in the process of refinancing our house. Now the loan Co. wants to know why we took on new debt as of XX/XX/21. We didn't, it was before we refinanced. I am at my wits end. Gm still has the old vehicle listed even though we turned it in a month ago. Every time I talk to someone either at the Dealer or Gm they say they will take care of it. So here we are still a month later.and still not resolved.
