In XXXX Santander sent me and my husband a tax debt. Which we filed on our taxes and they got over 5,000 from our tax return that year. The debt has been paid in full and discharged. I have disputed it a number of times and Santander refuses to remove it from our credit. It has also been enough years for it to be removed, but Santander keeps upping the date so it can not be removed. Several people have complained about this company for this reason and much much more. There has been lawsuits for reasons such as this towards the company.
