I tried to request a credit line increase on my card today, XXXX. Their system says that I already had an increase on my account on XXXX. Which is not correct. I requested an increase on XXXX. This information can be verified by XXXX as there was a hard inquiry into my credit report on that day ( XXXX ). I also remember submitting it twice back on the XXXX, the fist one stated I got an increase, the second said I did not qualify because of the first approval. I requested it a second time on that day because their system did not instantly reflect the approval. I question Citi 's systems because I was not notified of any change in my credit account or status in XXXX. The only reason they may have used that date is because I finally used my card in XXXX. This does negate the fact that I have a hard inquiry in my credit report from XX/XX/2021 and was approved then. They clearly have systems that do not match up to what happened, when it was approved and when I would be eligible again.
