This is a complaint against Bank of America. Refer to case # XXXX submitted on XX/XX/2021. I've been working on trying to get the funds back since XX/XX/2021 and nothing still hasn't been resolved. I'm still owed {$560.00}, and would like for the money to be returned. I've provided all the ample information to prove the funds went into the bank into the account number that was provided to me. It has been verified numerous times by various Bank employees. Why haven't I received the funds back? I would like an update. In the beginning I had to switch money around to cover the funds to pay bills that the money was intended for. I've tried calling Bank of America all I get is a voice mail, I've left several messages with no call back. They're not willing to work with me.
