I lost my card at the end of XXXX around XX/XX/XXXX. I noticed charges on the account and called Bank of America about the issues, they issued me a credit of the missing amount. I ordered a new card but never received it. after which i noticed strange activity on my account after they disconnected my card from my digital wallet.I called to connect my card back and they informed me that Bank of America has decided to close my account. because of this i decide to look into my account and see that it is negative XXXX dollars from a returned check that was submitted into an atm on XX/XX/XXXX WHEN I HAD NO CARD IN POSSESION BECAUSE IT WAS STOLEN. Since then i have put in a request for the release of the direct deposit funds of XXXX that went into a closed account. They then later declined the claim stating that i have used the atm that was used when my card was stolen. i tried to file an appeal and was transferred to another department which didnt answer and i was hung up on. now the have charged my direct deposit funds and all of my money is gone.
