I subscribed to XXXX online bookeeping service on XX/XX/2021. As part of my signup, I elected to have my monthly charge automatically deducted from my bank account by XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - my {$9.00} monthly fee was withdrawn from my account by XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - my {$9.00} monthly fee was withdrawn from my account by XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - a {$10.00} monthly fee was withdrawn from my account by XXXX ( for a second service I had not ordered ), XX/XX/XXXX - I called XXXX and terminated my subscription. I also pointed out the {$10.00} charge was incorrect, as I had not ordered an additional service. XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX refunded the {$10.00} back to my account. All of these transactions were done automatically by XXXX. I got a letter around XX/XX/XXXX from collection agency Complete Payment Recovery Services IncXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, claiming they were collecting for XXXX the amount of {$10.00}. I spoke to XXXX who told me my account had been paid in full each month and I was not in arrears. They also told me they never submitted any claim to the above collection company, and would never do so for a new customer, for such a small amount. They advised me to simply ignore the letter, which I did. Since that time, I have received a second notice from the collection company on XX/XX/XXXX. I am including documentation of all transactions with XXXX, as well as the 2nd collection agency letter.
