On XX/XX/2021 my closing was set with Guarantee Rate and they sold ( forwarded ) my account to New bank XXXX and my first payment was sent to them on XX/XX/2021 and it was processed on XX/XX/2021. Gurantee rate said it would take 60 days for them to forward all the payments to XXXX XXXX but its been past 60 days and it still hasn't been forwarded to them. I called Guarantee Rate multiple times to file a complain and check the status of my account. I called them on, XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021, and on XX/XX/2021 ; in all those phone calls no one was able to give me an answer and resolve my issue. They kept saying that someone will get back to me once they review my account but I haven't received anything from anyone. I also filed a complaint on XX/XX/2021 online and the case was assigned to XXXX XXXX, a servicing department and a email was sent to me which stated that someone will get back to me within 48 hours but its been more than 3 days and still no one has reached out to me. I also tried to email the customer service representative but it seems that she has ghosted me out and wont reply to me. I also checked with my XXXX XXXX to see if they could cancel the payments from their end but they stated that Guarantee rate has already cashed the payments so there is nothing that could be done in their end. I would really appreciate it if someone could reach out to me and resolve my issue. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
