XX/XX/2021, I made a check deposit of {$13000.00} into my business account. I made this deposit inside a branch with a teller. My receipt stated that there would be a hold on the availability of those funds ; the hold on the check that I deposited will be available on XX/XX/2021. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a text message that the hold was going to last until XX/XX/2021. Between XX/XX/XXXX and today, XX/XX/XXXX. I sent chase five secure messages via my secure messages account inside of my chase online account. On XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX XXXX PST., I received a text message from Chase stating that. The hold was released on my account. Today is XX/XX/2021. At the time is XXXX XXXX PST. I still do not have access to the funds I deposited. I am submitting attachments so that you can see what I'm Speaking of. Chase has had utilization of {$13000.00} of my money for three days because it is not available to me. I deserve interest on those three days. They held my money and used it for other investments. In the secure message that I received, Chase advised me to call XXXX and that is to the deposit hold department. When I called them, I was on hold for an excess of 1 hour 30 minutes ; and when the representative did come on the line after 1 hour 52 minutes, he said he could not hear me and disconnected the call. This is so totally unfair.
