I purchased a vehicle which was financed through Santander. That vehicle was totaled in an auto Accidnet. I had gap coverage and everything was paid in full but Santander kept adding fees and additional charges stating that I owe them money. This was covered when the vehicle was totaled in 2015 and they still report this unpaid to the credit bureaus.
