On XX/XX/2021, I attempted to add {$400.00} to my XXXX gift card using my Citibank credit card. My Citibank credit card was charged {$400.00}, but the money was never desposited on the gift card. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and with XXXX. Citibank says that they have been unable to get XXXX to reverse the charge and XXXX has been giving me the runaround on the transaction. At this point I just want the {$400.00} refunded since I no longer trust putting the money on to a XXXX gift card. It has been four months since this occurred and the problem is still not resolved.
