XX/XX/2020 I purchased online a Sears Shop Your Way refrigerator, XXXX XXXX and an ice-maker to be installed when delivered for {$170.00}. By XXXX, the refrigerator never arrived as promised to the XXXX XXXX store and I cancelled the order. Meanwhile, the icemaker arrived right away and it remained in the box unopened. SSYW continued to bill me monthly on the promise of delivery. After making payments monthly, SSYW changed their website for payments and charged me late fees for the cancelled orders. Speaking to them on the phone brought promises of sending me a shipping label for the icemaker after they passed the request of " my manager ''. Finally, they announced the icemaker had a " 30 day return policy '' from date of purchase. I asked them to prove the policy and they refused. Attached it our email back and forth. They attempted to send me a check for {$190.00} and change which I threw away as I did not wish to cooperate with the " 30 day policy of no returns ''. Therefore, SSYW can not show any payment for this amazing hassle of trying to buy a product for our XXXX, and including the {$20.00} postage for sending the icemaker back, attached, and the payments on the non-existent refrigerator, I am owed {$480.00} by Sears Shop Your Way. The account remains open as far as I can tell.
