Consumer Narrative

I really don't remember the dates it was last year, all I know that bank put a flag on my account and told me that I owe them over {$4000.00} dollars. I was trying to get a loan with this loan company and they was asking if I get test to transaction. First they sent {$1700.00} to my XXXX XXXX which was link to my bank. They ask me to return it to them for testing. They repeat that with {$1700.00} saying they was paying insurance fees for getting so much money at a time. So now I can't get no bank account open because of this.
