I dont have any information other then what was listed on my credit. XX/XX/XXXX I received notification of an account with them that has gone to collections despite not have a open mor delinquent account. I called spoke to a supervisor she said she didnt see any account for me despite this being the third time hearing from me calling to report inaccurate reporting, i said well its here and she asked for me to send copies to email XXXX. The credit report showed an collection origination date of XX/XX/XXXX for balance of {$460.00}. I did showing collection activity and account information plus amount. I called to confirm receipt and was told she did and will forward to main office to investigate and correct because there is no account under my ssn. As of XX/XX/XXXX its still there and the store hung up on me stating maam there is no account nor was one sent to collections because theres nothing to send.
