On XX/XX/2021, I ( XXXX XXXX ) with account ending in XXXX sent a claim to : Chase Amazon Claim Services. In regard an unauthorized charge for amazon.com. Order XXXX. Order date XX/XX/2021. Dispute Amount : {$140.00} USD. However, I have not received my credit back. For this reason, I appeal to your help to resolve this issue. I did not authorize this charge to my credit card, and They have not give me my credit and money back. Consequently, I am paying that debt and that fraud plus interest. I am a XXXX person and I have no money to pay for the theft they are doing to me. So I ask you to fix this fraud with Chase Bank and Amazon, to return the money that I have paid, and to get back my Amazon account, due that although I am paying, they cancel my account.
