Chase has my email address on file for another customer. I receive their mortgage statements, home address, credit card payments, etc. to my email. I have tried calling Chase over the past few months, they require you to enter an account number to speak to anyone. A few representatives I spoke to hung up on me after I explained the situation. The most recent I spoke to in their " privacy department '' wrote down all relevant information and said they would write a report to be handled by someone else within one day. I asked for them to follow up with me to make sure it's done. She said they will not follow up with me. I asked how can I confirm it is done, she said I can call back but they wouldn't be able to confirm it then either since I'm not the " affected customer. '' She then hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone else. Their emails contain no links for me to click to say " this isn't me '', they offer absolutely 0 ways to solve the issue, and they are sending me extremely personal information of another customer, yet do not seem to care.
