We paid off Chryler capital Acct XXXX on XXXX XXXX. XXXX also authorized the payment. Confirmation {$2500.00} but they are claiming they dont have the payment they also try to get more money out of our bank account {$2800.00}. Which was wrong amount. The bank stop payment on that amount. BUT they claim our money is no records and holding on to our Lien release for our XXXX XXXX XXXX.please help us to finalize our payoff. And to get our lien release
