Chase has allowed several checking accounts and one credit card opened in my name within their system. After alerting them to the issue, and them closing the fraudulent account they continue to allow these individuals to open accounts in my name. I had even placed a freeze through XXXX and it seems that chase 's system does not utilize any proper security systems. It appears that they do not want to change their system. This is why I'm providing this complaint to you. let me know if you need further documentation. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
