HI, All Federal Student loans were discharged due to permanent and total XXXX. All of this was completed thru XXXX and the loans were discharged thru documentation provided by the VA. XXXX is the loan servicer and they sent me information showing the loans as in fact discharged. The problem is 5 FFELP loans guaranteed thru Ascendium are showing still active. I have tried contacting your company on numerous occasions and have had zero luck in receiving anyone on the phones. I have also sent emails and have not received a response back. Maybe the contact information received is wrong ; who knows. I am attaching documentation from XXXX showing loans discharged. Again, 5 loans guaranteed by Ascendium are still showing active. When logging into www.studentaid.gov it reflects I have zero Federal Student Loans.
