On XX/XX/XXXX, {$5600.00} was fraudulently taken out of my business account at Bank Of America. The company that was involved in these unauthorized transactions was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I spoke with Bank of America on XX/XX/XXXX to inform them that I did not authorize these transactions. Bank of America open a fraud claim on XX/XX/XXXX. Several attempts have been made by me to resolve this matter, but the results are never in my favor. I also filed a police report about the fraud claim and forward a copy with a memo of what happen to Bank Of America. It is hard for me to understand how I can be treated in this way, being a customer of Bank Of America for eighteen years.I need to know what I can do to get this matter resolved in my favor and get my fund return to my bank account.
