On XX/XX/2021 an unknown person hacked my XXXX account and took {$220.00} from my balance. Within 5 minutes they also opened a XXXX credit card in my name and charged {$1700.00} to it. I immediately submitted a dispute for each to XXXX At that point both were still pending and could have been stopped but they never replied or contacted me. After 11 days I hadn't heard from XXXX at all so I called them. Since then, they haven't contacted me regarding the investigation to ask for documents or anything. Yesterday I was notified they are denying my claim and I will have to repay the money. I have not been provided anything pertaining to what they even did to investigate. If they checked the IP address they'd see it wasn't done by me. They are not being helpful at all.
